Welcome to TB Transcript & Documentation Services (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, services, and facilities, you (“the Client”, “Applicant”, “User”, or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
(Effective Date: 21 April 2026)
These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and TB Transcript & Documentation Services.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue the use of our website and services.
1. General Terms of Service
1.1. TB Transcript & Documentation Services acts as a facilitator and intermediary between the applicant and the respective universities, colleges, or educational institutions for obtaining transcripts, mark sheets, and academic records.
1.2. The Company does not represent any university or institution and has no control over their timelines, procedures, or decisions.
1.3. Clients may be required to submit additional documents. Failure to do so may result in delays, rejection, or cancellation.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any application without prior notice.
1.5. All client information must be accurate and verifiable. False data may lead to permanent rejection without refund.
2. Service Fees and Payment Terms
2.1. All payments must follow the fee structure provided by TB Transcript & Documentation Services.
2.2. Any underpayment due to technical issues must be cleared before processing.
2.3. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2.4. Pricing may change without prior notice.
2.5. Fees include service, handling, and institutional charges. Taxes (GST) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellation is allowed only before submission to the university.
3.2. After submission, no cancellation or modification is allowed.
3.3. Minimum cancellation fee: ₹500 or 10% (whichever is higher).
3.4. Delay beyond 2.5 months may allow up to 50% refund (excluding taxes).
3.5. Applications inactive for 4+ months will be closed without refund.
3.6. No refund after document dispatch.
4. Refund Request Procedure
4.1. Requests must be submitted via signed email.
4.2. Approved refunds processed within 90 working days.
4.3. Refunds go to original payment source.
5. Responsibility and Liability
5.1. TB Transcript & Documentation Services is not responsible for delays caused by universities or third parties.
5.2. Not liable for document loss during transit.
5.3. Documents must be collected within 30 days.
5.4. Errors in university-issued documents are not our responsibility.
6. Disclosure of Information
6.1. Client data may be shared with authorities if legally required.
6.2. Client consents to such disclosures.
7. Delivery Timelines
7.1. Timelines are estimates only.
7.2. Delays may occur due to institutional or external processes.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1. Terms may change without notice.
8.2. Continued use = acceptance of updates.
9. Indemnity
Client agrees to protect TB Transcript & Documentation Services from any claims, damages, or misuse.
10. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.
11. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability = amount paid by client.
12. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Jalandhar, Punjab, India
13. Termination
Services may be terminated for misuse or violation.
14. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond control (natural disasters, etc.).
15. Entire Agreement
This agreement replaces all previous communications.
By proceeding with any service under TB Transcript & Documentation Services, the Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
