1. General Terms of Service
1.1 We act as a facilitator between you and universities, boards, or institutions for obtaining transcripts, certificates, and related documents.
1.2 We are not affiliated with any institution and have no control over their timelines or decisions.
1.3 You must provide all required documents accurately and on time. Delays or failure to provide documents may result in cancellation or rejection.
1.4 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any application at our discretion without prior notice.
1.5 All information provided must be accurate. False or misleading details may lead to rejection without refund.
2. Fees & Payments
2.1 Fees are based on the service requested and will be communicated before processing.
2.2 Any payment shortfall due to technical issues must be cleared before processing.
2.3 Fees are non-transferable and generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2.4 Pricing may change without prior notice.
2.5 Fees may include service charges, institution charges, and handling. Applicable taxes (GST) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation is allowed only before submission to the institution.
3.2 After submission, cancellation is not permitted.
3.3 A cancellation fee of ₹500 or 10% (whichever is higher) applies before submission.
3.4 If delays exceed 2.5 months beyond the estimated timeline (with complete documents provided), you may request up to 50% refund (excluding taxes and third-party costs).
3.5 Applications inactive for more than 4 months due to client delays will be closed without refund.
3.6 No refunds once documents are dispatched.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund requests must be submitted via email with proper details.
4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 90 working days.
4.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method or verified account.
5. Responsibility & Liability
5.1 We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by institutions or third parties.
5.2 We are not liable for loss or damage during transit or unforeseen events.
5.3 Documents must be collected within 30 days if marked ready; otherwise, they may be disposed of.
5.4 Errors in issued documents must be corrected by the issuing authority.
6. Data & Privacy
6.1 Your data may be shared with institutions or authorities if required by law.
6.2 By using our services, you consent to such disclosures when necessary.
7. Timelines
7.1 All timelines are estimates and may vary.
7.2 We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely service.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or violation of Terms.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.).
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.
